The methods used for electrical circuit testing are very complex. The testing is performed with the use of a software package that was specifically designed for this purpose.

Reporting is by means of a hard copy report that is hand delivered and discussed in the same format as discussed under "Routine vibration analysis" on page 4 in this document.

Testing is performed when the unit is off-line. This preferably done before your annual shut down, to enable corrective action to be taken during shut down.

Follow-up testing is recommended once the work has been completed, to measure success accomplished by corrective action taken.

During this survey it is recommended that a qualified electrician accompany the technician. Cables need to be disconnected at panels and at the machine to pinpoint the problems when and if they are encountered.
